Pricing FAQ
What does the flat price include?
Truck, driver, fuel, and loading help within your zone. The price we quote on WhatsApp is what you pay, no add-ons at drop-off.
Is there a charge for waiting time?
The first 20 minutes of loading is free. Extended waiting beyond that may add a small fee, which we'll tell you upfront.
Do you charge extra for stairs or tight access?
Most house moves are quoted flat regardless of floor. For unusually difficult access, we'll flag it before confirming the price.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, cash or transfer on delivery works for most bookings. Recurring business accounts can arrange weekly settlement.
