The problem
What usually goes wrong without Zozzah
Queuing at a gas station
Taking a cylinder to a filling station means queueing, carrying a heavy tank, and losing an hour you didn't have to spare.
Running out at the worst time
Cooking gas finishing mid-meal at home, or mid-shift at a restaurant, means a scramble to find a station that's open and has stock.
Unverified sellers and short measures
Buying from an unfamiliar roadside reseller carries a real risk of a short-filled cylinder or careless handling of pressurized gas.
